The Vice Chancellor for Collaboration in the Field Area University of Medan attended a seminar on higher education education titled Indonesia-India Higher Education Forum (IIHEF) 2020 organized by PT. TIE UPS International on Monday (3/2/2020), at 14.00 West Indonesian Time at the Seminar Room Building A, Panca Budi Development University, Jalan Gatot Subroto Km 4,5 Medan.
Also present at the event was the Indian Consulate General, Raghu Gururaj. Director of PT. TIE UPS International, Ravi Makhija, MBA. Head of North Sumatra Region I LLDikti, Prof. Dian Armanto, M.Pd., MA., M.Sc., as well as seminar participants from various Private Universities (PTS) in North Sumatra.
Head of North Sumatra Region I LLDikti, Prof. Dian Armanto, M.Pd., MA., M.Sc., Ph.D said that this meeting was very useful for myself and many people for the cooperation that would be forged between Private Universities in North Sumatra with the University of India.
Then the remarks by UNPAB Rector 1, Ir. Bhakti Alamsyah, MT., Ph.D, expressed his hope that this activity would establish good relations between representatives of the delegation of the University of India and Panca Budi Development University.
Furthermore, the Vice Chancellor for UMA Cooperation Dr. Ir. Zulheri Noer MP said that it was the same as UNPAB Chancellor 1 with this activity being able to establish good cooperation between the delegation of the University of India with all private universities in North Sumatra including Medan Area University.
Director of PT. TIE UPS International, Ravi Makhija, MBA also delivered a speech at the event. He explained that this meeting not only introduces private universities in India, but is also expected to advance the education of private universities in India as well as those in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra through the establishment of this collaboration.
